Delivery time depends on your location. Here's what to expect once your order is on its way.

93% of orders arrive within 5 days, wherever you are. Please allow one additional business day for us to prepare and dispatch your order.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also follow its journey anytime on our tracking page.

Need to change your address?

It happens. If you entered the wrong address or need to make a change, email us at hi@shruds.com as soon as you can. We'll do everything we can to update it before your order ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible, and delivery could be delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Returns and exchanges in four easy steps. We handle the heavy lifting.

Request

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and contact details, then choose the items you'd like to send back. Our courier partner will collect them within 5 to 7 working days, and we'll keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.

Prepare your item

To be eligible, items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits, socks, tights, and accessories can't be returned.

Pickup & processing

We arrange the pickup, so there's nothing to ship yourself. Once your item reaches us and passes inspection, we'll let you know.

Refund

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Received something faulty or incorrect?

We'll make it right. Email us at hi@shruds.com within 7 days of delivery with a few photos. If it's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we'll cover everything and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
