Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? Returns and exchanges are simple — just four steps.

1. Request

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Visit our Returns page, enter your order number and contact details, then choose the items you'd like to send back. Our courier partner will collect them within 5 to 7 working days, and we'll keep you updated by email and WhatsApp.

2. Prepare your item

To be eligible, items should be unused, unworn, and unwashed, in their original packaging with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, swimsuits, socks, tights, and accessories can't be returned.

3. Pickup & processing

We arrange the pickup, so there's nothing to ship yourself. Once your item reaches us and passes inspection, we'll let you know.

First return or exchange	Free
Additional return or exchange (same order)	₹150 handling fee
Second exchange	₹750 prepaid fee

4. Refund

Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Received something faulty or incorrect?

We'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos. If it's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, we'll cover everything and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
