Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it's dispatched.

How to cancel

Email us at hi@shruds.com as soon as you can with your order number. We'll do everything we can to cancel it before it ships.

Because we aim to dispatch orders quickly, please allow up to one business day for preparation — the sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can stop it in time.

If your order has already shipped

Once an order is on its way, it can no longer be cancelled. You can still return it once it arrives, following our return and refund process.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days.
